Quick ID check
Standard for hire gear with a bond — we just need this on file, not a photocopy of your soul.
Your licence details are used only to verify hirers and protect against equipment loss. We don't store them longer than your hire period plus a short buffer, and they're never sold, shared, or used for anything else.
The fine print (we kept it short, promise)
1. The hire. You're borrowing one (1) very good scrubber for your selected period. Delivery 7-9am, collection after 9am the next day, unless you've added extra time.
2. The bond. $100 is authorised (held, not charged) on your card. It's released automatically if the machine comes back in the condition it left in. Damage, loss, or a no-show collection may result in part or all of it being captured.
3. Your responsibility. Keep the scrubber somewhere safe and dry between uses, use it as intended, and have it ready for collection at the agreed time.
4. Cancellations. Let us know with as much notice as you can — life happens, we get it, but late cancellations may affect availability for the next customer.
5. Liability. Scrub Ya Rug isn't responsible for carpet, flooring, or upholstery damage arising from cleaning solution use outside of the supplied instructions.
6. Extra days after booking. The $25/day extra-hire rate is only available when added at the time of your original booking. If you need to extend after your scrubber's already with you, that's arranged directly with us and charged at the full daily hire rate for your area (e.g. $75 for Mt Barker & Hills, $99 for Adelaide City/South), not the discounted add-on price.
